Foreword

This standard replaces GB 14757-1993 “Food additive Niacin”.

Compared with GB 14757-1993, the major changes of this standard are as follows:

——the loss on drying has been revised to 0.5% from 1%;

——the infrared spectrometric identification has been added;

——the arsenic indicator has been added.

Annex A and Annex B of this standard are normative.

Those issued editions replaced by this standard are as follows:
