This standard replaces GB 4789.30-2010 “National food safety standard Food microbiological examination: Listeria monocytogenes”.

Compared with GB 4789.30-2010, the major changes of this standard are as follows:

——the “Method II Plate counting method of Listeria monocytogenes” has been added;

——the “Method III MPN counting method of Listeria monocytogenes” has been added;

——the scope has been modified.
