Article 34 of the Measures for the Administration of Organic Product Certification stipulates that for organic products that have not obtained the national standard for organic products in China, no unit or individual shall mark the words "有机", "ORGANIC" and other words on the minimum sales package and label of the product, which may mislead the public to believe that the product is an organic product. That is, products sold in China can only be declared organic if they have obtained Chinese organic certificate.
If the imported food wants to be declared organic, the certified principal of imported organic products shall submit relevant application materials and documents to the certification authority in accordance with the provisions of the China Organic Product Certification Implementation Rules. Among them, the application form, questionnaire, processing flow, product formulations and inputs used in the production and processing process, these certification application materials and documents should be submitted in Chinese version at the same time. They can declare organic only after it has passed the examination and obtained the organic certificate by certification body.
At the same time, it should be noted that all organic related marks on the label should be completely covered, if the products only have foreign organic certificate but not Chinese one.

A:Zealand organic certificate≠China organic certificate,selling New Zealand organic products in China and claiming to be organic also requires certificate of China.
According to CNCA Announcement on the Implementation of the Mutual Recognition Arrangement for Organic Product Certification in China and New Zealand, the mutual recognition arrangement between China and New Zealand is applicable to products listed in the Organic Product Certification Catalogue. New Zealand organic products sold in China shall be affixed with Chinese organic logo and organic code.
New Zealand organic products can obtain Chinese organic logo through the following ways:
(1)In China, it is added by Chinese importers who have obtained the certificate from China's organic product certification authority.
(2)In New Zealand, it is imposed by a certified manufacturer in the following ways:
①Under the management of China's organic product certification authority, it will renew China's organic certificate for New Zealand enterprises;
②Under the management of New Zealand certification authority, upload organic product certification information and filing organic code through China Food and Agricultural Product Certification Information System, and apply Chinese organic logo, filing organic code and New Zealand certification authority logo for certified manufacturers.
