China General Chamber of Commerce issued the recommended national standard “Sweet dumpling” (exposure draft), and solicited public opinions on it, the opinions are returned to the secretariat of Pastry Sub-technical Committee under Technical Committee for Standardization for National Bakery Products, and the deadline for soliciting opinions is August 15, 2017.
According to the requirements of “Administrative provisions of administrative licensing of new varieties of food-related products” and “Declaration and acceptance requirements for new varieties of food-related products”, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as new variety of food-related products had passed the technical review of expert review committee, and was solicited public opinions. The deadline for soliciting opinions is August 5, 2017.


Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China issued the notice about soliciting opinions on 13 national standards (draft for approval) related to food field as “Xylooligosaccharide”, “General technical rules for oligosaccharide”, “Nutritional yeast”, “Corn syrup (powder)”, “Good manufacturing practices for sugar enterprise”, “Isomaltooligosaccharide”, “Maltodextrin”, “Maltose” and “Edible corn starch”, etc.


According to the “Notice of the General Office of the State Council about printing and distributing the key work arrangements for food safety in 2017” (No. 28, 2017 of General Office of the State Council), the Ministry of Commerce, in conjunction with the actual work, formulated and issued the key work arrangements for food safety in circulation in 2017 with the focus on improving the food safety management system of circulation link, innovating the management methods, improving the guarantee level of food safety, and creating a relieved, safe and honest food safety consumption environment.
