The SAMR Issued A Sample Inspection Announcement

 Recently, the State Administration of Market Regualtion(SAMR) organized 554 batches of sample inspections of three types of food such as biscuits, infant formula and edible agricultural products. According to the national food safety standards inspection and judgment, the 551 batches of samples are qualified for sampling inspection and 3 batches of samples are unqualified. In addition, 259 batches of 109 infant formula manufacturers were all qualified. The specific announcement is as follows:


1. RP KALDU SARINABATI INDONESIA, which is sold by PT KALDU SARINABATI INDonESIA in Changsha Baijiachun Food Supermarket. The value of the mold is 150 CFU/g, which is manufactured by PT KALDU SARINABATI INDONESIA. (Maximum limit value 50 CFU/g) is 2 times higher than the required limits.

 

2. The frozen three yellow chickens of Lanwei Food Co., Ltd. sold by Wal-Mart (Jiangxi) Commercial Retail Co., Ltd., the detection value of doxycycline (doxycycline) is 259μg/kg, which is higher than the national standard (maximum residue limit 100μg/kg). It is 1.59 times higher than the required limits.

 

3. The sea yellow croaker of Chua's Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. sold by Taiwei Baowei Aquatic Products Co., Ltd., Enrofloxacin (measured by the sum of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin) has a detection value of 194 μg/kg, which is higher than the national standard. By regulation (maximum residue limit of 100 μg/kg), It is 94% higher than the required limits.

 

The SAMR has instructed the relevant provincial food safety supervision departments to investigate and deal with the unqualified products found during the sampling. The food production enterprises and importers are enforced to trace their flow of products, recall unqualified products, analyze the reasons for rectification, and immediately take measures such as taking off the shelves and stopping sales to control the risks.
