    This standard replaces GB/T 22110-2008 “Determination of trans fatty acids in foods”, GB/T 22507-2008 “Animal and vegetable fats and oils Determination of the content of trans fatty acid isomers of vegetable fats and oils Gas chromatographic method” and SN/T 1945-2007 “Determination of trans fatty acids in foods Capillary gas chromatography”.

    Compared to the replaced standards, major change of this standard are as follows:

    ——the standard name has been modified as “National food safety standard Determination of trans fatty acids in foods”;

    ——the scope of application has been expanded to animal oils and fats and the foods with animal oils and fats;

    ——the analytes have been expanded to 16 kinds of fatty acids, such as C16: 1t~c22: 1t, etc.
