This standard replaces GB/T 21493-2008 “Determination of phosphatidylethanolamine phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidycholine of soybean phospholipids” and NY/T 1798-2009 “Determination of phospholipids in vegetable oil - High-performance liquid chromatography”.
Compared with GB/T 21493-2008 and NY/T 1798-2009, the main changes are as follows:
——the name of the standard has been revised to “National food safety standard Determination of phosphatidycholine, phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylinositol in foods”;
——the scope of the standard curve has been unified.
