    This standard replaces GB/T 5009.22-2003 “Determination of aflatoxin B1 in foods”, GB/T 5009.23-2006 “Determination of B1, B2, G1, G2 in foods”, GB 5009.24-2010 “National food safety standard Determination of aflatoxin M1, B1 in food”, GB/T 23212-2008 “Determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2, M1, M2 content in milk and milk powder - HPLC-fluorescene detection method”, GB/T 18979-2003 “Determination of aflatoxins content in food - Cleannup by immunoaffinity chromatography and determination by high-performance liquid chromatography and fluorometer”, SN 0399-1995 “Method for the determination of aflatoxin B1 in tea for export”, SN/T 1664-2005 “Determination of aflatoxin M1, B1, B2, G1, G2 content in milk and milk powder”, SN/T 1101-2002 “Determination of aflatoxins in oil seeds and cereals for import and export”, SN 0637-1997 “Method for the determination of aflatoxins in oil seeds nuts and nut products for export-Liquid chromatographic method”, SN/T 1736-2006 “Inspection of aflatoxins in honey for import and export-High performance liquid chromatography” and NY/T 1286-2007 “Determination of Aflatoxin B1 Content in Peanut-High Performance Liquid Chromatography”.

    Compared with GB/T 5009.22-2003, the major changes of this standard are as follows:

    ——the name of standard has been revised to “National food safety standard Determination of aflatoxin B and G”;

    ——the application scope of method has been added in accordance with the requirements of GB 2761-2011;

    ——the isotope dilution liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry has been added as Method I;

    ——the high performance liquid chromatography - pre-column derivatization has been added as Method II;

    ——the high performance liquid chromatography - post-column derivatization method has been added as Method III;

    ——the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay has been revised, and the name has been changed to enzyme linked immunosorbent assay screening method;

    ——the requirements and methods for quality evaluation of immunoaffinity column and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit has been added;

    ——the determined components have been revised to compounds of aflatoxin B and G.
