Foreword
This standard replaces GB 4789.4-2010 “National food safety standard Food microbiological examination: Examination of Salmonella”, SN 0170-1992 “Method for detection of Salmonellae (including Arizona) in food for export”, and SN/T 2552.5-2010 “Microbiological examination method of milk and milk products hygiene-Part 5: Examination of Salmonella”.
Compared with GB 4789.4-2010, the major changes of the standard after integration are as follows:
—— the detection processes and operating procedures of detection on serology have been revised;
——Annex A and Annex B have been revised.
