Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 5009.32-2003 “Determination of propylgallate (PG) in oils and fats”, and GB/T 23373-2009 “Determination of butylated hydroxyl anisole (BHA), dibutylated hydroxyl toluene (BHT) and tertiary butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ) in foods”.
Compared with GB/T 5009.32-2003, the main changes of this standard are as follows:
——the standard title has been revised to “National food safety standard Determination of 9 kinds of antioxidants in foods”;
——the types of antioxidants have been added;
——the application scope of method has been added;
——the liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry have been added.
