Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 5009.158-2003 “Determination of vitamin K1 in vegetables” and GB 5413.10-2010 “National food safety standard Determination of vitamin K1 in foods for infants and young children, milk and milk products”.
Compared with GB/T 5009.158-2003, the major changes of this standard are as follows:
——the name of standard has been modified to “National food safety standard Determination of vitamin K1 in foods”;
——the “high-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection method (HPLC-FLD)” has been added;
——the “liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry” has been added;
——the “high-performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection method (HPLC-UV)” has been deleted.
