On October 29, the General Administration of Customs solicit public comments on Revision of Customs Rules and Regulations Comparison Table (Draft for Comments). The deadline is November 28, 2020. When the enterprises concerned require the processing trade goods to be used for mortgage loans, it shall apply to the General Administration of Customs or the customs directly under the authority of the General Administration of Customs, and provide the guarantee with the property and rights recognized by the Customs according to law.

        10月29日，海关总署就《海关规章修订对照表（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见，截止日期为2020年11月28日。有关企业要求以加工贸易货物办理抵押贷款的，应当向海关总署或者海关总署授权的直属海关提出申请，并以海关依法认可的财产、权利提供担保等。
