(2) Requirements. Sensory requirements such as color and appearance, texture; Total acidity of 0.6%-1.6%, pH value ≤4.5 and other indicators; It is prohibited to add oils other than vegetable oil, animal fat or milk fat; No artificial or natural flavorings and sugars, such as sugar, liquid glucose, honey, molasses, lactose and invert sugar; The content of pollutants is shown in the table below.
(3) Packaging and storage requirements. The product must be packaged in a sterile, airtight container; In the case of refrigeration, the final product must be stored at 4.4 ° C or below, and the temperature of storage, transportation and distribution should not exceed 5 ° C.
