Yin purchased ‘low-sugar three-in-one’ instant coffee powder, which was imported from Malaysia. The product turned out that did not meet the definition of ‘low sugar’ in national standards and the sugar content on the Chinese and English labels was inconsistent with the declared low sugar formulation.


Therefore, the court decided that the import company should refund the payment and paid ten times compensation to Yi.
