On May 15, 2020, the General Office of the State Administration for Market Regulation issued a notice on developing special rectification for foods such as solid drink, pressed candy and herbal tea.
The notice clarified the targeted subjects and the illegal and/or irregular behaviours, detailed measures that shall be taken, requirements of the rectification measures and the implementation time and duration of the special action.
