USEPA Revises Residue Limits of Indaziflam in Various Foods

 
According to the US Federal Gazette, on June 24, 2020, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued Regulation 2020-12132, amending the residue limits of Indaziflam in various foods.

The EPA conducted a risk assessment on its toxicology, dietary exposure, and impact on infants and young children, and finally concluded that the following residue limits are safe. The proposed revisions are as follows:

It is understood that this regulation will take effect on June 24, 2020, and the objection or hearing request must be submitted before August 24, 2020.
