On September 21, China institute of standardization solicite public opinion on five national standard (draft) for public opinion including "Quality Management-Customer Satisfaction-Guidelines for Organizational Code of Conduct", ""Guidelines of management system review, "Quality Management-Customer Satisfaction-Guidelines for external dispute resolution", "Quality Management-Guilines for qulity plan" and so on, the deadline is on October 21, 2020.

        9月21日，中国标准化研究院就《质量管理 顾客满意 组织行为规范指南》、《管理体系审核指南》、《质量管理 顾客满意 组织外部争议解决指南》、《质量管理 质量计划指南》等五项国家标准（征求意见稿）公开征求意见，截止日期为2020年10月21日。
