GACC | Strengthen quarantine inspection of imported Australian log&barley
Recently, Chinese customs detected Ips Grandicollis from imported Australian logs and Bromus Rigidus and other quarantine pests from barley. The Customs has suspended imports of logs from Queensland, Australia, and revoked the registration of EMERALD GRAIN AUSTRALIA PTY LTD barley enterprises in Australia to prevent the introduction of harmful organism. This measure shall remain in effect until terminated.
近日,中国海关从进口澳大利亚原木中检出南部松齿小蠹 Ips grandicollis,从大麦中检出硬雀麦Bromus rigidus等检疫性有害生物。为防止有害生物传入,海关总署已暂停澳大利亚昆士兰州原木进口,撤销澳大利亚EMERALD GRAIN AUSTRALIA PTY LTD大麦企业的注册登记。本警示通报在解除前一直有效。
