China National Research Institute of Food & Fermentation Industries Co., LTD and China Food Additives and Ingredients Association solicited 6 food safety national standards (Draft for Comment) from Food Additives DL-Alanine

     On July 16, 2018, China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd. and China Food Additives and Ingredients Association targeted Food Additives DL-Alanine, Food Additives L-Threonine, and Food Additives β-Ring Dextrin, Food Additive Chlorophyll Copper, Food Additive Potassium metaphosphate, and Food Additive Acid Calcium Pyrophosphate, 6 National Food Safety Standards (Draft for Comment), comments for, 2018 August 17。

The SAMR issued two food supplement test methods, such as the determination of α-solanine and α-chaconine in potatoes and their products.

     On July 9, 2018, the State Administration of Market Supervision issued two food supplement inspection methods: α-solanine and α-chaconine in potatoes and their products (BJS 201806) and Congo red in meat products. Determination (BJS 201807).
