Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the extension of restrictions on Russian fertilizer exports until August 31, and is considering the possibility of extending them further.  

At the same time, Putin ordered the removal of tariffs on imports of agricultural machinery and accessories that do not have similar products in Russia, including some combine harvesters and gardening machinery.  In addition, the Government allocated 7 billion Rubles from the budget for research and development of alternative products for the equipment of fishing fleets.
