In order to ensure the safety of other processed aquatic products (ready-to-eat frozen food without heating), South Korea will inspect the food from May 23 to July 22, 2022. The inspection items are four pathogenic bacteria and frozen food standards. Pathogenic bacteria include Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Aureus and Listeria. Frozen food standards include colony count, escherichia coli(bactericidal food).
韩国为确保其他水产加工品(无需加热的即食冷冻食品)的安全,将于2022年5月23日至7月22日对该类食品进行检查,检查的项目为4种致病菌及冷冻食品的标准,致病菌包括沙门氏菌、副溶血弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单核细胞增多性李斯特氏菌;冷冻食品标准包括菌落总数、大肠杆菌、大肠菌群(杀菌食品)。
