On July 7th, CNCA issued the “Notice on Streamlining and Optimizing Compulsory Product Certification Procedures for Export-to-Domestic Products”.
The specific contents include that CCC certification designated institutions should reasonably streamline and optimize CCC certification procedures for export-to-domestic products based on ensuring compliance and effectiveness of certification activities, combined with quality management and risk control capabilities.
The CCC certification should take the initiative to strengthen technical service, provide policy and technical training, formulate reasonable streamlined optimization programs, and arrange special personnel to track the certification process, comprehensively provide certification services and technical support, and reasonably reduce the cost of CCC certification for export-to-domestic products.
