Notice of CNCA on streamlining and optimizing compulsory product certification procedures for export-to-domestic products


On July 7th, CNCA issued the “Notice on Streamlining and Optimizing Compulsory Product Certification Procedures for Export-to-Domestic Products”.

The specific contents include that CCC certification designated institutions should reasonably streamline and optimize CCC certification procedures for export-to-domestic products based on ensuring compliance and effectiveness of certification activities, combined with quality management and risk control capabilities.

The CCC certification should take the initiative to strengthen technical service, provide policy and technical training, formulate reasonable streamlined optimization programs, and arrange special personnel to track the certification process, comprehensively provide certification services and technical support, and reasonably reduce the cost of CCC certification for export-to-domestic products.



        7月7日,认监委发布《关于精简优化出口转内销产品强制性产品认证程序的通知》,具体内容包括CCC认证指定机构应在确保认证活动合规、有效的基础上,结合质量管理及风险控制能力,对出口转内销产品CCC认证程序作出合理精简优化。CCC认证指定机构主动加强技术服务,提供政策及技术培训,制定合理的精简优化方案,安排专门人员对认证流程进行跟踪,全面做好认证服务及技术支持,合理减免出口转内销产品CCC认证费用。
