On September 16, the General Administration of Customs issued the Announcement of the Decision on Commodity Classification in 2020, which will take effect from October 1, 2020. If the laws, administrative regulations and other relevant provisions on which the decision on commodity classification is based change, the decision on commodity classification shall become invalid at the same time. Among them, the commodity classification decision of the Coordinating System Committee of the World Customs Organization concerning the conversion of opinions on commodity classification involves commodities including pre-processed food, animal feed preparations, dried peeled peanuts, a white emulsion, etc. In the decision of commodity classification that expires in 2020, the commodities involved include makeup remover, soft and deep cleansing solution, etc.

        9月16日，海关总署发布《关于公布2020年商品归类决定的公告》，本公告自2020年10月1日起实施。有关商品归类决定所依据的法律、行政法规以及其他相关规定发生变化的，商品归类决定同时失效。其中世界海关组织协调制度委员会商品归类意见转化的商品归类决定中涉及商品包括预加工食品、动物饲料用制剂、干燥脱皮花生、一种白色乳液等；2020年失效的商品归类决定中涉及商品包括卸妆凝露、柔和深层洗颜液等。
