GACC | Emergency Preventive Measures against several Companies

On June 3rd , 2022, the General Administration of Customs took emergency preventive measures against below companies due to the positive nucleic acid test of SARS-Cov-2 in some samples of their related goods. Unqualified goods, countries of origin and corresponding measures are listed below:

·1 outer package sample of 1 batch of frozen jerk filefish, 1 batch of frozen banana prawn, 1 batch of frozen octopus and 1 batch of frozen squid each; 2 outer package samples of 2 batches of frozen hairtail; 1 inner package sample of one batch of frozen spotted maigre imported from 4 Indonesian companies (Registration No.: CR 444-14, CR 533-11, CR 669-02, CR 413-12) .

In accordance with the General Administration of Customs announcement No. 103, 2020, the national customs suspended the acceptance of import declaration from related aquatic production companies for 4 weeks until June 30, 2022.

·2 inner package samples of 2 batches of frozen South American white shrimp imported from 2 Iranian companies, Imen Sarmasazan Jonub Co. (Registration No.: 7055) and Lazak Boushehr Co. (Registration No.: 947).

In accordance with the General Administration of Customs announcement No. 103, 2020, the national customs suspended the acceptance of import declaration from related aquatic production companies for 1 week until June 9, 2022.

·In 1 product sample of 1 batch of frozen Atlantic cod imported from 1 Icelandic company, S. Iceland ehf (Registration No.:H158).

In accordance with the General Administration of Customs announcement No. 103, 2020, the national customs suspended the acceptance of import declaration from related aquatic production companies for 1 week until June 9, 2022.

· 3 outer package samples and one inner package sample of 2 batches of frozen fine scale salmon and 1 batch of frozen pollock caught by 3 Russian fishing boats (Registration No.:CH-650,CH-95P, CH-151) and stored by 1 South Korean company(Registration No.:KP-074).

In accordance with the General Administration of Customs announcement No. 103, 2020, the national customs suspended the acceptance of import declaration from related aquatic production companies for 1 week until June 9, 2022.

·2 outer package samples of 2 batches of frozen basa fish imported from 2 Vietnamese companies, Workshop I and Workshop value-Ha Noi-Can Tho seafood Joint stock company (HACASEAFOOD)(Registration No.:DL 68) and To Chau joint stock company (TO CHAU JSC)(Registration No.:DL 489).

In accordance with the General Administration of Customs announcement No. 103, 2020, the national customs suspended the acceptance of import declaration from related aquatic production companies for 4 weeks until June 30, 2022.
