On December 28, 2022, the Argentine Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Secretariat and the Health Quality Secretariat issued the Joint Resolution No. 13/2022 through the Government Gazette, amending the Argentine Food Code (CCA) on pasteurized milk, ultra-pasteurized Relevant regulations on microbial standards in dairy products such as sterilized milk and ultra-high temperature sterilized milk will come into effect on the second day after they are published in the government gazette. Some of the microbiological standards for dairy products have been changed as follows:
