According to the Official Journal of the European Union, on January 17, 2023, the European Commission issued Regulation (EU) No. 2023/114 to extend the approval period for 12 active substances including buprofezin. This regulation will take effect on the third day from the date of publication.

According to the regulations, the approval period of Mecoprop-P, Pyraclostrobin, Metiram and Buprofezin has been extended to January 31, 2024.

The approval period for Flutolanil, Fluazinam and Mepiquat has been extended to February 29, 2024.

The approval period for benzovindiflupyr was extended to March 2, 2024.

The approval period for Cyflufenamid, Phosphane, Metsulfuron-methyl and Lambda-Cyhalothrin was extended to March 31, 2024.
