On 26 February 2024, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) published documents 2024.8634, 8633 and 8612, proposing to lay down requirements for the use of thermophilic proteases and mucogastric proteases and lysozyme as food additives, as set out in the table below.
This document will enter into force on the date of its official publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
