In order to further improve the level of food safety management of food production and trade enterprise, supervise and urge the implementation of entity responsibility of food production and trade enterprise, supervise and check the training and assessment conditions of food safety management personnel carried by the enterprise, the China Food and Drug Administration drafted the “Assessment method of supervision and sampling inspection of food safety management personnel of food production and trade enterprise (exposure draft)”, and solicited public opinions on it. The deadline for soliciting opinions is September 7, 2017.


Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has completed the review work of 10 industry standards as “Food additives Biological calcium carbonate” (QB1413-1999) and decided to abolish this batch of industry standards since July 7, 2017.


According to the relevant provisions of the “Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China”, in order to standardize the use of food rapid detection method, the China Food and Drug Administration approved and issued 3 food rapid detection methods as “Rapid detection of morphine and codeine component in food Gold immuno-chromatography assay”, etc.


In order to conscientiously implement the national grain security strategy and further strengthen the supervision of grain circulation, National Development and Reform Commission and the State Grain Administration have revised and perfected the “Regulations on administration of grain” and “Regulations on administration of state grain reserves” and formulated “Regulations on administration of grain” (revised, exposure draft)” and “Regulations on administration of state grain reserves” (revised, exposure draft), and solicited public opinions on it. The deadline for soliciting opinions is September 3, 2017.
