Foodmate held the “Analysis of Classic Cases for Food Labeling Compliance Failures and Food Complaints and Reports Response Skills conference” in Beijing on May 17-18, 2018. The conference was designed to help food production enterprises pay more attention to the compliance of labels, to better respond to food complaints. The conference attracted more than 200 corporate representatives to attend.
Zhang Jiabing, director of foodmate regulatory and compliance department, attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech entitled “Case Analysis of Prepackaged Food Labels and Nutrition Labels”:
The foodmate expert Zhang Jiabing has 17 years of experience in the food industry. He has conducted in-depth research on labeling compliance of general foods and special foods, and has solved nearly 10,000 cases of label compliance cases. He has been invited to speak in many upper-scale conference and conducted in-house training for famous domestic enterprises such as Mengniu and COFCO, affecting thousands of domestic and international food compliance practitioners.
In the conference, Zhang Jiabing made an in-depth interpretation of the pre-packaged food labels and nutrition labels. Thoroughly analyze of real cases, the labeling requirements for pre-packaged foods and nutrition labels, labeling requirements for infants and young children's main and auxiliary foods, labeling requirements for specific populations’ main and auxiliary foods, and labeling requirements for allergens and genetically modified foods are explained.
