Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Amending the Five Laws of the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China"
On December 29, 2018, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress issued a decision on amending the Five Laws of the People's Republic of China Product Quality Law, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Product Quality, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Compulsory Education, and the Chinese The Law of the People's Republic of China on the import and Export Commodity Inspection Law, the People's Republic of China Budget Law, and the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China are revised, mainly for the reform of state institutions and the corresponding revisions made by the relevant authorities.
