On April 23, 2019, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress issued a decision on the revision of eight laws including the Construction Law of the People's Republic of China, the Building Law of the People's Republic of China, the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Chinese People. Eight laws including the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the Republic and the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China were amended. The revised provisions of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China shall come into force on November 1, 2019, and the amendments to other laws shall be from 2019.
