On June 19, 2019,  the General Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) issued the food supplementary test method Determination of Picosulfate Sodium in Foods. This standard specified the determination of picosulfate sodium in foods (including health foods) by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (HPLC-MS).
