Consumer Liu bought 8 packs of sesame seed candy. However, the labelled product standard DB42/T278-2004 has been invalid for a long time. Liu requested for a refund  of the purchase payment (RMB 40) and a compensation of RMB 8,000.

The court sentenced:  rejection of Liu's request.
