On June 24, 2019, the 11th China Food Safety Forum sub-forum was held in Beijing, and the Development Report of China’s Dairy Industry was released.
In the report, milk source, current consumption situation, import & export trade, future trend and others were discussed.
In addition, 3 recommendations were proposed: (1) strictly supervise cross-border trade and the government should continue to improve the establishment of relevant laws and regulations; (2) strengthen supervision of liquid milk to rectify brand mess; (3) strengthen the control of food safety rumours.
