Consumer Li purchased the children's iron-zinc-calcium milk biscuits. Li consulted before consumption and found out the biscuit was not suitable for infants and young children. However, the label of involved product claimed as children's foods without making a statement on the age limit.
The court sentenced: the company refunded Li a payment of 2,058 RMB and paid ten times compensation of 23,520 RMB.
