The ordinary food produced by a company in Beijing was claimed to have various health beneficial effects, such as supplementing calcium, to the public.

Penalty:

The court sentenced it to be a false propaganda/advertisement, ordered the company to stop the advertising and imposed a fine of 2 million RMB.
