On August 19, 2019, the Natio<em></em>nal Health Commission issued the “Ten Core Information of Salt Reduction for Chinese Residents”

On August 19, 2019, the National Health Commission issued the “Ten Core Information of Salt Reduction for Chinese Residents”, including the suggestion that healthy adults should take salt not exceeding 6 g per day (1 g of salt is equal to 400 mg of sodium).
