On August 15, 2019, the National Health Commission (NHC) issued GB 2763-2019 National Food Safety Standard Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Foods (replacing GB 2763-2016 and GB 2763.1-2018).
The standard will be officially implemented 6 months after the date of publication, which will be February 15, 2020.
