For the Risk Warning of imported Foods & Cosmetics Safety:
Certain (category, class of) food and cosmetic products produced and operated by enterprises listed in this table have been refused for entry due to non-compliance with China's laws and regulations, and the rejected batches have reached the requirement of Management Implementation Details of Bad Records of imported Food (former AQSIQ Announcement No. 43 of 2014). Future imports of the products listed should follow control measures in accordance with the requirements of the table below, the appropriate test reports or qualified evidences should be submitted to the Customs.
Enterprises listed in this form who comply with the “Risk Warning Lifted Condition” as stipulated in the Management Implementation Details of Bad Records of imported Food, may apply to the customs for the release of risk warning and control measures.
The risk warning of Mei-Xin Caterers (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd and Xiamen Maxima International Trade Co., Ltd were lifted on September 23, 2019.
