On November 6, 2019, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) issued the Regulations on Available Auxiliary Materials of Health Food Filing Products and their Uses (2019 Edition), which will come into force on December 1, 2019.
The quantity of available auxiliary materials increased from 179 to 196, and the newly added 17 auxiliary materials included phospholipids, fruit and vegetable powder, etc.
GAC will provide Pre-classification Consulting Services for imported Goods
On November 8, 2019, the General Administration of Customs issued an announcement (announcement No. 172, 2019) to carry out pre-classification consulting services for imported goods and samples, which will take effect on December 20, 2019.
