On 15th day of January, 2020, at Washington, District of Columbia, US, the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the United States of America signed the EConOMIC AND TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA AND THEGOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).
