Wang bought apocynum tea in a store in Urumqi. Tea was without labelled approval number of health food, which shall belong to ordinary food, while apocynum can only be used in health food.


The act belongs to selling ordinary food that did not meet the food safety standards, and the court sentenced that the store should refund the purchase payment and pay 10 times compensation.
