韩国食品药品安全处颁布最新进口食品安全管理特别法实施规则

实施规则主要规定了《进口食品安全管理特别法》及其实施令的委任事项及其实施所需事项。具体包括境外生产企业、优秀进口企业及境外优秀生产企业及海外工厂的登记等；进口中断措施及解除措施的程序； 实地考察等结果报告；海外食品卫生评估机构的指定、变更指定、指定的有效期延长及再指定及指定取消等处理标准； 畜产品的卫生评估；营业相关事项以及进口食品的申报、检验等相关内容。
