Legislative work plan of Standing Committee of NPC in 2020

On June 20, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress released the 2020 legislative work plan. The laws announced for further deliberation include Civil Code, the Law on Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste (Amendment), the Patent Law (Amendment), the Export Control Law and other 8 laws. The bills for first deliberation includes 29 on ensuring the life, health and safety of the people.

        6月20日，全国人大常委会发布2020年度立法工作计划。公布继续审议的法律案包括民法典、固体废物污染环境防治法（修改） 、专利法（修改）、出口管制法等12件，初次审议的法律案包括关于切实保障人民群众生命健康安全的决定等29件。
