On July 3, 2020 , Vietnam reported 181 new domestic swine fever outbreaks; Romania launched 25 new swine fever outbreaks including 14 domestic pigs and 11 wild boars.

Since 2020, there have been 1428 domestic pigs and 5857 wild boars in a total of 7285 African swine fever outbreaks in 24 countries and regions.
