Foodmate News: On August 31, Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) announced that: MFDS has released a regular re-evaluation plan for functional foods in 2021, which will re-evaluate 6 functional ingredients.

Announcement-type raw materials (5 types): Spirulina, propolis extract, oil containing γ-linolenic acid, psyllium peel dietary fiber, polydextrose.

Individually certified raw material (1 species): Coleus forskohlii extract.
