On September 21, the General Administration of Customs issued the "Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for The import of Sudan's Shelled Peanuts", and as of the date of this announcement, it allows Sudan's shelled peanuts that meet the requirements to be imported into China. The Sudan shelled peanuts permitted to enter China under this Act refer to the shelled peanuts produced in the Sudan and processed and stored in the Sudan. Shelled peanuts imported from Sudan shall be accompanied by the official phytosanitary certificate of Sudan. The declaration column of the certificate shall indicate that "this batch of goods comply with the requirements of the Protocol on phytosanitary Requirements for peanuts exported from Sudan and do not carry quarantine pests of concern to China". The contents of the phytosanitary certificate shall be written in English.

        9月21日，海关总署发布《进口苏丹脱壳花生检验检疫要求》自本公告发布之日起，允许符合要求的苏丹脱壳花生输华。本法规允许进境的苏丹脱壳花生是指产自苏丹，并在苏丹加工、储藏的脱壳花生。苏丹输华脱壳花生须随附苏丹官方植物检疫证书，证书声明栏中应注明“该批货物符合苏丹输华花生植物卫生要求议定书的要求，不携带中方关注的检疫性有害生物”，植物检疫证书内容须用英文书写。
