The Cross-border Trade Court of the Hangzhou Internet Court has accepted a cross-border e-commerce retail import transaction dispute. The plaintiff, Mr. Yu, purchased a brand of pure cocoa powder from a Hong Kong cross-border e-commerce company located on a well-known cross-border e-commerce platform in China. According to the transaction details page of the commodities involved in the case, the goods were purchased by the defendant from the United States and entered a bonded warehouse in China's customs. The orders were sent to the bonded warehouse after consumers placed the orders, and the goods were packaged and delivered to consumers after customs clearance. After the plaintiff received the goods involved in the case, he found that there was no label in Chinese on the outer package of the goods. According to the plaintiff, the product was not labeled with written Chinese on the outer package of the product in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law, so the defendant should refund the shopping money and pay ten times the compensation to the plaintiff. The cross-border trade court of Hangzhou Internet Court will set a date for hearing the case.

        日前，杭州互联网法院跨境贸易法庭受理一起“跨境电子商务零售进口”交易纠纷案件。原告余先生通过国内某知名跨境电商平台，向平台内入驻的一家香港跨境电商公司购买了某品牌纯可可粉。案涉商品的交易详情页显示，该商品系被告从美国采购后进入我国某海关保税仓，消费者下单后订单推送至保税仓，商品完成打包交海关清关后，递送至消费者。原告收到案涉商品后，发现商品外包装无中文标签。原告认为，此商品未按照《食品安全法》的相关规定在商品实物的外包装上加贴书面中文标签，因此被告应向原告承担退还购物款并支付十倍赔偿的责任。杭州互联网法院跨境贸易法庭将择日开庭审理此案。
