On October 10, the General Office of the State Administration for Market Regulation printed and distributed the notice of “Guidelines for the Main Responsibility of Food Sellers for Food Safety (Trial)”, requires all Local market regulatory authorities to supervise food sellers in food safety risk hidden perils and rectification. On this basis, a wide range of qualified food supermarkets have been mobilized to disclose their food self-promises to the public, and they will post their promises in prominent locations on business premises. By the end of 2020, there should be one or two food supermarkets in each city that publicly promise themselves. Local market regulatory authorities should organically combine the work of promoting the implementation of the main responsibility of food sellers and the risk classification management of food sellers, and strengthen supervision and inspection. If the principal responsibility is not fully implemented, the punishment shall be intensified in accordance with the law and regulations.

        10月10日，国家市场监督管理总局办公厅印发关于《食品销售者食品安全主体责任指南（试行）》的通知，要求各地市场监管部门要督促食品销售者全面开展食品安全风险隐患排查和整改，在此基础上，广泛发动有条件的食品超市向社会公开放心食品自我承诺，并在经营场所醒目位置张贴承诺内容。至2020年底，每个城市应当有1至2家食品超市公开自我承诺。各地市场监管部门要将推动落实食品销售者主体责任、食品销售者风险分级管理等工作有机结合，加大监督检查力度。对主体责任落实不到位的，要依法依规加大惩处力度等。
