NHC | Issue a catalogue of national food safety standards (as of October 2020, a total of 1311 Standards)

 
On October 23, the Food Safety Standards and Monitoring and evaluation Department of the National Health Commission summarized 1,311 national food safety standards as of October 2020.

The list include 12 general standards, 70 food product standards, 9 nutrition and special dietary food standards, 604 food additive quality specifications, 50 food nutrition fortifier quality specifications, 15 food-related product standards, 30 production operating standards, 229 physical and chemical inspection methods and procedures standards, 32 microbiological inspection methods and procedures standards, 28 toxicological inspection methods and procedures standards, 116 pesticide residue inspection method standards, 38 veterinary drug residue inspection method standards, 78 standards replaced or to be replaced.
